Returns & Refunds
- Window: 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, with tags if applicable, and include proof of purchase.

- Not returnable: Custom/personalized items (including initials), plus other non returnables such as perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous/flammable materials.
- Exchanges: Return your item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return (banks may take longer to post). If 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.
- EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period for orders shipped into the EU (same return conditions apply).
